What is the best photo editing/scrapbooking/photo enhancing software program?

Question by blaze027: What is the best photo editing/scrapbooking/photo enhancing software program?
I am trying to find the "perfect" software for our families needs. I would ideally like to find something that will allow me to enhance photos, make calendars, scrapbooking items, and maybe even do a few fun things with the kids like morphing faces onto bodies, etc.
I already have picassa, infranview, and photo explosion. I would like to find something that does *more* and will not cost me a bunch of money.
Any advice?
